The terms that govern your use of the LeadCoAI platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the LeadCoAI platform to create and deploy AI-powered sales bots, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

LeadCoAI provides a platform for creating AI chatbots designed to assist with sales and lead generation. The bots are powered by AI technology and are designed to interact with your website visitors.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the platform only for:

Legitimate sales and lead generation activities
Providing accurate information about your products/services
Collecting visitor information with their consent

4. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the platform for:

Deceptive or fraudulent activities
Collecting sensitive personal information without proper consent
Spam or unsolicited communications
Any illegal activities
Impersonating real individuals without authorization

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information provided to configure your bot, including product descriptions, pricing, and company information.

6. Data Collection

Visitor data collected through your bot (names, emails, phone numbers) is stored securely. You are responsible for handling this data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

7. Platform Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor bot conversations and suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of your bot or the accuracy of AI-generated responses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Personal AI Module

11.1 Service Description

Personal AI is an optional Studio module that gives you a per-customer AI workspace with file storage and a chat interface, accessible through your claimed <slug>.leadco.cloud subdomain.

11.2 Subscription Terms

Personal AI subscriptions are month-to-month. There is no contract. You may cancel at any time. LeadCoAI reserves the right to terminate any Personal AI customer with 30 days' written notice for any reason, including terms violation, non-payment, suspected abuse, or product discontinuation.

11.3 Storage & Data

Files you place in your sandbox are stored on LeadCoAI infrastructure within the storage limits of your tier. You are responsible for the content of your sandbox. We do not actively monitor sandbox contents but reserve the right to review them on report of abuse.

11.4 AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before any public use. We do not warrant AI accuracy, originality, or fitness for any specific purpose.

11.5 Subdomain Use

Your <slug>.leadco.cloud subdomain is licensed to you for the duration of your active Personal AI subscription. On cancellation or termination, the subdomain may be reclaimed by LeadCoAI after a 30-day grace period.
